Monkey Nuts Designs was set up by ourselves, Andrew and Paul in 2009 after we decided that we wanted to take our passion for designing greeting cards and create a business that we could be proud of. We have certainly achieved this and one of the key elements of our business that we get the most enjoyment from, is that we are able to be part of such a magnificant exchange between people. Sending a card to a friend or loved one is such a wonderful example of love and we are delighted to be part this positive act.
At Monkey Nuts Designs, we want you to have the most fantastic shopping experience possible, where all of your expectations are exceeded. Our aim is to provide you with high class, quality greeting cards that the recipient(s) will want to treasure forever.
We share our lives with our adorable cat 'Danny' who we adopted on Christmas Eve 2009 from the RSPCA, and our cat 'Ben' who adopted us in spring 2010. We also have a large family of collared doves, finches, wood pigeons, and squirrels that feed in our beautiful garden and they are such a pleasure to watch. We are both vegetarian and ensure that the materials used on our cards do not include materials such as bird feathers, natural pearls or shells. Interesting fact about Monkey Nuts Designs... 'Monkey Nuts' is an amazing little chap (one of our squirrels), who lives in the trees at the end of our garden. He goes through a huge amount of nuts each day and to us he is part of the family. He is the inspiration for the name of our business!
What makes our business the success that it is?
Customer service is the most important aspect of any business. We pride ourselves on making sure that all emails are responded to within 24 hours and that throughout the entire process of a customer's transaction, our aim is to keep things as upbeat and friendly as possible. To put it simply, we value our customers. Our dedication to perfection accross the board means that your experience will make you want to come back to us again and again.

Role in the business: takes care of the website content and advertising, as well as the day-to-day running of the business, designing some of the greeting cards and making sure that customers are well taken care of. About Paul (top right)
Degree: BSc (Hons) Biomedical Sciences Role in the business: has a natural flair for design and is responsible for most of the designs you see on the website. He is also the business account brains and a workaholoic, putting every bit of spare time into making the business what it is today.
