How to place your order

1. To personalise the words on the card front and the inside, please provide these details in the box on the left, for example: Front Text.......Inside Text........Inside Font Style........one of the following three (Arial, Bradley Hand ITC or
Comic Sans MS). The font style on the front of the card must remain the same as the photograph. Please note that if you print your personalisation text in capital letters, your card will be printed in capitals. If the card front font will not allow this, then another suitable font will be chosen by us to accommodate capitalised text. All orders are printed exactly as you write them and we do not correct spelling mistakes.
Please Note: If you do not provide personalisation details here for the card front and inside, your card will be prepared with the standard text on the front and the standard inside verse in arial font style (see card specifications).
2. If you require your card to be sent direct to the recipient on a specific date (allowing for our dispatch time), please also include this information, including the recipient's address. Please place separate orders if you have more than one card and you wish them to be sent to different addresses (to ensure you pay the correct postage cost if posting outside the UK).
3. IMPORTANT! Please complete the confirm shipping box to ensure your order is delivered to the correct destination.
4. If your order includes a photo card, please send your photo file to info@monkeynutsdesigns.co.uk stating your order number.
Please check your order receipt after placing your order to confirm that all details are correct. Your order will be sent to the address that you entered in the confirm shipping box.
Customers are responsible for making sure that they order in time for an occasion. Our dispatch time is very clear.
