I want to
order a large number of cards from you, am I able to do this?
Yes, simply select the quantity of cards that you require. If this exceeds
our stock levels, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Larger
orders will take a little longer for us to prepare.
I want to
order one of your cards for Confirmation invitations, are you able to do this?
Of course we can, we can alter the wording on the front of the card to say
your desired text and also we can include your invite details in the inside of
How do I
personalise my card?
We have created a dedicated box for you to write your personalisation
details in. This is part of the purchase process on our website.
Why is there
no option to choose the font style for the card front?
We choose the font we think best suits the card design, so do not allow an
option for this to be changed.
of my card can I personalise?
You have the option to personalise the greeting message on the card front,
the verse and verse font style (from Arial, Comic Sans MS or Bradley Hand ITC).
Have I got
the option to change the font colour of my card?
We print all text in black and so we are unable to offer this.
I have sent
you my personalisation details when I bought the card, but I now require them
to be changed, what should I do?
You should contact us immediately with the new details. If your card has not
been started, we can use your revised details. If your card has already been
prepared, it will be sent to you containing the original details that you sent to us.
Can I have
the design of one of your cards changed, could I perhaps have red ribbon instead of blue?
We prepare the majority of our designs in advance, so we are not able to alter
them in any way. We have tried to include a variety of different colour schemes
so hope that there is something for everyone. Only the wording on most of our greeting cards can be changed. We create greeting cards that look stunning and so the designs that you see on our website are all that we offer. We do not custom design cards for our customers as we do not have the time to offer this service.
ribbon surrounding the card in the photographs included?
Any ribbon that is stuck directly to your card is included in the price you
pay, but any additional ribbon is not and is on the photographs purely for
words can I fit on the card front, and how much on the inside?
This is difficult to say as it depends on the size of card and the
text used. It is best to contact us prior to purchase with what you wish
to have, and we will do our best to fit it on for you.
I have a
promotional voucher, how do I redeem it?
You can redeem your voucher by typing in the code when purchasing your card.
I wish to
purchase a gift box with my card, am I able to do this?
Gift boxes are only supplied with our luxury cards, however may be purchased upon request.
options do you offer?
You can make a secure payment through PayPal which allows you to use either your
PayPal account or credit/debit card. You do not need a PayPal account in order to use your card for payment.
When I try and make payment, the page keeps refreshing and I get no further, why is this happening and is it charging me each time?
This happens with some versions of internet explorer and some other versions of internet browsers. In our experience, it doesn't process any payment when this happens, but if this does happen and multiple payments are taken, we will promptly provide a refund. Please try another browser such as mozilla firefox.
I have made a spelling mistake in my personalisation details, will it be corrected?
Please make sure all spelling is correct at point of purchase. If after checking your order confirmation you notice that there are any spelling mistakes, please contact us straight away. We are not always able to check each line of writing but will alter spelling mistakes if we spot them. Once your card has been printed, we will be unable to make any alterations to your order.
forgotten my account password, what should I do?
Please click the ‘sign in’ button and select ‘forgot my password?’. You will
be asked for the email address you used to create an account. Once this is
submitted you will receive an email with your password.

I want my
card sent to my daughter for her birthday. Can you do this?
Yes of course we can. Please include the date you wish your card to be sent
in either the personalisation box or the special instructions box, along with
your other details, allowing for our dispatch time. Please note: Royal Mail first class post can take 1-3 days in the UK. Please
allow 1-4 weeks for cards sent abroad.
I live in
the UK, but want to send my
card directly to the recipient in France, am I able to do this?
Yes, once you have selected your card, you will have the opportunity to
provide us with the delivery address. The postage cost will be calculated from
I need my
card for the following day, is this possible?
Unfortunately we do not offer next day delivery. We prepare orders in the
order that we receive them so that we can prioritise our workload fairly.
Can I have a
refund if I am not happy with my order?
If you have an unpersonalised product and are not
entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the
cost of the card as long as it is retuned unused and in a resalable condition to
us within 14 days of receipt. We cannot however provide a refund on cards that
have been personalised or custom made in any way unless they are proven faulty. Please
